Information used for your request or order
When you place an order or send a request, the store records the information you provide, including contact details, order selections and any personalization. Custom requests may also include models, reference images or photos. These details are used to review your request, prepare your order and respond to you.
Custom files and Mini-Me photos
Files submitted through the custom request forms are stored privately for review by authorized store staff. Customer photos are not used for public marketing without permission. Please avoid sending information or images that are unnecessary for your request.
Cookies and saved preferences
The store uses cookies for shopping sessions, accounts and the selected language. The save-heart buttons store product choices in your browser. Clearing your browser storage removes those saved choices.
Order records
Order and request information is kept to fulfill purchases, provide support and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Necessary information may be used by the service providers involved in operating the store and fulfilling an order.
Questions or requests about your information
Use the contact form to ask about your stored information, request a correction or request removal. Include enough detail for us to identify the request or order. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
Product recommendations
If you enable personalized pair offers, this browser remembers up to eight recently viewed products for 14 days. When you view another product, those product IDs are sent to our store to select a related offer. We do not use this feature for third-party advertising. Turn it off and clear the saved views through Language & preferences at the bottom of any page. Your chosen language is remembered separately.
