Delivery in Tunisia
Standard delivery within Tunisia costs 7 TND. Eligible free-delivery bundles show this benefit before checkout. Production time and delivery time are separate; custom pieces need design and production review first.

A problem with your order?
Send us your order number, a description and relevant photos through our contact form so we can review the issue and explain the next steps. This information does not limit any rights that apply to your purchase.
Preparation and delivery
Standard items take approximately 24 hours to prepare. We prepare orders every day. Once the courier collects your parcel, delivery takes 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday. The courier does not work on Saturday or Sunday, but you can place orders throughout the weekend.
Custom projects and pre-orders require timing confirmation before production. The total wait also depends on the courier collection day.
