Ordering from Puni Labs
Product prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (DT). Review your selected item, quantity, personalization and checkout total before sending an order. Delivery arrangements and any applicable charges are confirmed for your destination before fulfillment.
Personalized products
Check names, plate numbers, colors and other details before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need a correction. For work that requires a quote or design preview, we confirm feasibility, price and your approval before production.
Files and reference images
Only send files and images you are entitled to use for the requested print. Tell us about dimensions, fit or intended use when those details matter. We review custom requests before accepting production.
Printed finish and illustrations
3D printed pieces can show layer lines and small variations in finish. Studio illustrations help present the collection; confirm exact dimensions, material, color and included parts on the product page or with us before ordering.
Bundles
Choose 2–4 different eligible items, one of each, in one bundle per order. The builder shows the regular total, bundle price, savings and delivery charge before you add it. Daily suggestions refresh at midnight Tunisia time. An added bundle keeps its accepted price for 24 hours, subject to stock availability. After expiry, review the updated price or remove the bundle. Use Edit bundle to change products; the new price is shown before saving. Bundles cannot be combined with coupons. Free items and free delivery apply only when displayed for your selected bundle.
Help with an order
For a delivery problem, damaged item, cancellation or return request, contact us with your order number and relevant details. We review the circumstances and explain the available next steps. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under consumer law.
